Terms and Conditions
All of our reptiles are guaranteed to be healthy, correctly sexed and accurately represented at the time of shipping. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you must notify us immediately upon its arrival, no exceptions, via email or phone. Your money will be refunded upon the safe return of the reptile(s) in question. Note: Shipping expenses are non-refundable; including returned shipments.
Desert Dweller Reptiles, LLC guarantees live delivery on all reptile shipments provided the shipping and arrival temperatures fall between 45 – 85 degrees Fahrenheit. Someone must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package – no exceptions. Shipments held at a FedEx location must be picked up no later than two hours after its arrival – no exceptions. There will be no guarantee on your reptile shipment if the stated terms are not followed – no exceptions.
We cannot be responsible for any carrier delays, errors, and/or mishandling’s caused by the shipping company and/or weather conditions. We always do our best to make sure all reptiles are packed with the utmost care to help ensure a safe delivery. Note: Shipping expenses are non-refundable.
We prefer PayPal but accept Postal Money Orders and Personal Checks – provided they clear before the reptile(s) are shipped. Our PayPal account for sending payments: email@example.com.
PayPal is a secure service that let us accept electronic payments instantly. PayPal also allows us to accept credit card purchases and more. For more information on a free and secure PayPal account visit www.paypal.com.
All sales and shipping must be prepaid before any reptile(s) will be shipped. Please make sure you provide us with a complete address (no P.O. Box) and phone number for shipping.
Deposits and Payment Plans
Deposits are accepted and are non-refundable on all of our reptiles. We ask that you put a 25% deposit of the purchase price down as a deposit and we will hold the reptile(s) you intend to purchase for an agreed upon duration based upon the total purchase price.
Payment Plans can be arranged on most of our reptiles. We are flexible and willing to work around what’s best suited for your budget. Please be sure you intend to purchase the animal before entering into a payment plan. Any payment made is non-refundable, but can be credited towards other reptiles if you are unable to fulfill your original commitment.
Please note: If we are unable to provide you with the reptile(s) agreed upon when we entered into agreement via deposit or payment plan your money will be refunded in full.
We have had great success and primarily use FedEx’s Priority Overnight delivery services for all of our reptile shipments. However, at our discretion, we will use Delta Dash/Cargo or UPS services as needed. We ship Monday – Wednesday; occasionally on Thursdays at the customers request. Orders in before 12:00 noon Arizona time can be ship the same day.
Please call or email us for a shipping quote. On average the cost ranges from $60.00-$70.00 which includes, unless otherwise noted, a new 3/4″ styrofoam lined reptile box, reptile bag, packing and weather permitting: heat or cool pack(s). Additional fees are required for Delta Dash/Cargo shipments.
